Had to return my item as there was a fault with the hood - the lining was stitched wrongly so it bunched at the apex of the hood and couldn’t be worn. I’m waiting to hear if they have refunded me.

I have yet to receive the goods I ordered. Disappointed it has taken so long - I am usually delighted with the products they make but online ordering is not what I expected

I was pleased with the quality of the dress. It most disappointed that my other order 1191954 never arrived. I was left waiting with no notification had been cancelled. I had to call and found out myself just to be told there’s been a mix up because of Black Friday - no offer of a voucher to encourage me to buy something else instead - no apology. I’d spent a long time looking at dresses to make that order so really disappointed to say it ordered them but I never got them! Emma Palmer

Bought a sweater which was described as ‘close knit’ , implying it is a knitted fabric - at least in texture. Turns out it was a fleece. Sent it back over a week ago using the prepaid labelling, but no word so far about a refund. Pity, since the early part of the UX with the WF website was positive.

Placed an order. Got sent the order for another person. Phoned up to be told I had to take the wrong delivery back to the post office myself. Told my order would be dispatched Asap...to then get an email a few days later to say my order was now out of stock and not available. No mention of any assurance of me getting a refund etc! Not impressed.

i was woken up by an email, I hadn't an account.... But the shopping was easy. Prices .... I think, that the prices are mainstream... Middle field ... I would never buy their goods at normal prices. Now, I'm waiting for the goods... I didn't get them until now. Perhaps it would be better to make your survey later ...

Sadly though both my husband and I ordered our normal sizes the clothes did not fit - too small so I will be returning all items. Speed of service was good though

I need tunics with full length sleeve in Winter so very disappointed this year. Materials are not so interesting this year too plain. This is my first year to be disappointed with what is on offer. Please do better next year.

ordered item show in stock then told order could not be met then shows a delivery date on my account when I rang indignanate person said her manager should have removed it (it was still showing as available!)

This was my second order first one went ok no problems but the second the item was faulty and had to return it with their prepaid postage. Ive recently been told I now have to wait up to 10 days for a replacement even though the item is still in stock it would be quicker to get a refund and reorder not happy with this service

Using the Weird Fish sizing facility the small size should have been perfect for me but on arrival everything was far too big, so I thought that’s fine I’ll just exchange everything for an XS but disappointingly it’s not to be as XS isn’t a size offered by Weird Fish! I’ve rated Weird Fish as poor, not because of their quality, their speedy delivery, or their easy returns but because of their sizing as I can’t be the only guy my size that cannot wear Weird Fish clothing for this reason
