“Order 2 fleeces a polo and a t-shirt all size small. 1 fleece fitted but everything else was too big.”

“Size variations a problem with large and extra large in clothing, returned 2 different items over 7 days ago one for a refund and one for an exchange still not received replacement and one for refund still not refunded, checked returns they have been received back with weird Fish.”

“Ordered an item approx 3weeks before xmas. It arrived badly packaged and broken into 6 pieces. I returned the item saying how unhappy I was, as it was a xmas present. It didn't arrive until Jan 10th but the packaging was still the same, fortunately it was undamaged.”

“The top I ordered arrived yesterday, it was the wrong colour, the wrong style and the wrong size. It was a maroon, men’s, extra large. Very disappointed esp as I had to return it and, as I live in Europe, I’ve had to pay the postage myself which as the fault is entirely that if the distributor.”

“Bit hacked off as shortly after ordering the t-shirts were further reduced in price. It's as though reductions are haphazard. Made me not want to order from Weird Fish again. T-shirts look great, but how they will wear/wash is yet to be seen.”

“I thought I was buying a cardigan in the sale , as it was the main picture on the model but apparently it was the skirt which was not even fully in the picture , I know I should of read the description but it was very misleading, so I sent the items back for refund . Waste of time . Haven’t had refund yet .”

“I am a real fan of Weird Fish clothing and own a lot but have always purchased in store before. This was my first experience ordering online and I have to say I wasn't impressed with the aftercare. Customer service took forever to respond to an email regarding a design/quality issue with a new item. The first response made it clear that they hadn't read my email properly. They were unwilling to accept my assertion even after I sent photos. Eventually, after repeated exchange of emails, they grudgingly gave me what I wanted but I didn't appreciate having my word doubted - they clearly don't operate by the concept that the customer is always right! A real shame. Having said that, I have never had a problem with the quality of the clothing before and it wouldn't put me off buying it again.”
