“Of late I have been disappointed with weird fish I have had several orders accepted but then a few days later declined saying not in stock also ordered tops and wrong colour came I think it may be time to leave the shoal☹️”

“The Bunratty never arrived. I got a small package with the hat in it, but the paperwork documented the Bunratty being picked and packed despite it being obvious the top wasn’t there. OK, I got a refund for the missing top but no attempt to engender lost goodwill by say, trying to find a suitable replacement. I love Weird Fish product and generally everything works, but I was left disappointed this time I’m afraid.”

“My only complaint about the tops I have bought from Weird Fish, and it's a biggie, relates to the fabric used in their construction. I get that it is partly recycled but frankly even when brand new it looks like it came from a charity shop. This is ok but then after a couple of day's use I found two snags on the front of my sweatshirt that can't be mended as although the fabric looks knitted it isn't.”

“Delivery date stated a over a week, which was fine, but then they arrived 5 days early when we were away fo rthe weekend. The couier just dumped the bag on my step which got blown around the fdrive for a day, ripped and the closes were wet and had to all be washed. They are good quality and im happy with them, but then the icing on the cake is a couple weeks later there is a 30%+10% off sale on everything so ive way overpaid. One very unhappy cusomer. And now im getting bombarded with emails every day, occasionally is fine!”

“Prompt delivery, sent one item back, tried to email, no reply had to ring. Was told you had received my return. But still no refund. This was my first experience with weird fish. Not very prompt service so far.”

“I love weird fish products and have bought them for many years, however my last order has been a disaster. I bought 126€ of clothing and had to pay 52€ in customs duty!! Although I know that duty is expected, I had absolutely no idea that it would cost another 50% on top of my order. Weird fish gave no warning that duty could be this much. There is also an item that does not fit me, in the delivery, and I certainly can’t afford to send it back for a replacement so I am now stuck with it. What a massive waste of money for anyone, however the fact I am also on handicap benefit means I have an extremely tight budget and is why I can only buy during the sales. I ended up not only with something I cannot wear, but also paying more than if the items had been full price. I am so sad that this has happened and shall no longer be able to buy your clothing.”

“The tunic dresses I purchased were good quality but they were both rather too small. Going a size up would have made them too big. I wear a size 12. I note that other reviews mention a similar sizing issue.”

“Bought 2 coats, but both were a very "weird" fit so had to send back. Acknowledgement of receipt took over 2 weeks & still waiting for a refund. Not great.”

“Ordered 3 tops for my husband, when they arrived 2 were faulty. After sending emails and trying to phone, I finally got an email back and customer service asked for order number, I sent that straight away, despite 3 more emails and numerous attempts at ringing, still haven’t received anything back, it has now been 10 days.”
