Delivery date stated a over a week, which was fine, but then they arrived 5 days early when we were away fo rthe weekend. The couier just dumped the bag on my step which got blown around the fdrive for a day, ripped and the closes were wet and had to all be washed. They are good quality and im happy with them, but then the icing on the cake is a couple weeks later there is a 30%+10% off sale on everything so ive way overpaid. One very unhappy cusomer. And now im getting bombarded with emails every day, occasionally is fine!

Many delivery issues with Hermes. I ordered a size L and an XL was delivered. I paid for express delivery advertised as two days it actually took over a week

Sent the wrong item. Sent mens pants instead of a lady’s top. So had to return and still not heard anything so won’t be ordering from them again

Very disappointed. ORdered 3 items only 2 arrived and was not informed. I checked the item and it was still in stock yet they said it was out of stock

Prompt delivery, sent one item back, tried to email, no reply had to ring. Was told you had received my return. But still no refund. This was my first experience with weird fish. Not very prompt service so far.

I love weird fish products and have bought them for many years, however my last order has been a disaster. I bought 126€ of clothing and had to pay 52€ in customs duty!! Although I know that duty is expected, I had absolutely no idea that it would cost another 50% on top of my order. Weird fish gave no warning that duty could be this much. There is also an item that does not fit me, in the delivery, and I certainly can’t afford to send it back for a replacement so I am now stuck with it. What a massive waste of money for anyone, however the fact I am also on handicap benefit means I have an extremely tight budget and is why I can only buy during the sales. I ended up not only with something I cannot wear, but also paying more than if the items had been full price. I am so sad that this has happened and shall no longer be able to buy your clothing.

The tunic dresses I purchased were good quality but they were both rather too small. Going a size up would have made them too big. I wear a size 12. I note that other reviews mention a similar sizing issue.

Bought 2 coats, but both were a very "weird" fit so had to send back. Acknowledgement of receipt took over 2 weeks & still waiting for a refund. Not great.

Both items we're returned on 28th January and I still haven't received any refund.I am disappointed as I was wanting to purchase a jacket but not willing to until I get my refund.

My items were not up to Weird Fish standard but we were away when they arrived and I didn’t get round to returning them. I will wear them in the garden.

Ordered 3 tops for my husband, when they arrived 2 were faulty. After sending emails and trying to phone, I finally got an email back and customer service asked for order number, I sent that straight away, despite 3 more emails and numerous attempts at ringing, still haven’t received anything back, it has now been 10 days.

This was my first order from Weird Fish. The dress had one sleeve longer than the other. I returned it on 26.01.22 I tracked it and it was delivered to Weird Fish on 29.01.22. I still haven't heard about my refund or exchange for another dress. I am not impressed.

First the positives, the Rina Organic Jeans fit well and the fabric appears nice ( I have not worn or washed so can't comment on that) but, and it is a big but the written description of the product does not make clear that these "dark" denin jeans actually have a washed effect. Having raised this with customer service, I received an email from the customer service manager telling me that the washed effect was visible in the picture. To me it's not clear in the picture - and surely something as key to the description should be in the written description too. Putting that aside the tone of the email was curt and not customer friendly. It would have been easy to acknowledge my disappointment with the product, and to acknowledge the washed effect wasn't made clear in the description. Instead the reply took the "stupid customer" approach - that's debatable but the bottom line is customers are not always right but in successful businesses they are always valued and on this occasion I wasn't. What made this worse was when I reviewed in TrustPilot I received a similarly "defensive" response. Looking at other reviews it appears customer service is repeatedly being flagged as unsatisfactory. It used to be very different, and good. I did try to alert the business owner - but the email address linked to him no longer appears to be valid As someone who has been a regular customer, on line, in stores and at events, for many years, I will now be much less inclined to buy a Weirdfish product and certainly wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so. So an overall rating of 2

The last time I ordered extra large but these are a lot tighter fit than the other weird fish extra large tops I have, they were an excellent but the stitching or cut especially in the shoulder areas was not good, Great price but unfortunately I had to return them.

I ordered 3 paid of trousers for my husband- they arrived but they were all too short. They were normal/long length.
