“Delivery is always quite fast but returning items is a completely different matter . I returned 2 items 2 1/2 weeks Ago and haven’t heard anything from Wierd fish and have not had a refund”

“I really love weirdfish clothes especially the Tallahassee dress but when you have to return items the refunds process is unacceptably slow and I always end up having to contact customer services for my refund full stop this is putting me off sending for items in the future”

“Ordered a bag & received a T shirt. Contacted & it was sorted quickly with the correct bag sent out the next day. Did have to go out of my way to the post office to return the T shirt though.”

“The only reason I’ve rated low is due to non communication or refund received after return of one item over 2 weeks ago. This is not an acceptable business practice these days. Customer service needs to be improved.”
