The initial order experience was OK but my problem is the return process I returned something 2 weeks ago I have tracked the order so I know you have had the items back I have contacted you concerning this return but still to this day no refund and no communication at all I took something back to matilan today by the time I had got home I had a email telling me they had the return and my refund had been dealt with and will be back into my account in 5 days but nothing from weirdfish won't order online again

Ordered 2 dresses in size 16. I’m a 14 in all my own clothes but found these were cut on the very small side so sent them back. After 2 phone calls and nearly 3 weeks from returning my refund is eventually being processed!

I didn't buy the item from the shop as it was broken so ordered it online and the same has happened to mine. Very disappointed

The delivery company you use Ervi is very poor they delivered my first parcel 7 days late, the second one they returned to you tracking details showed no attempts to delivery to me. The items I purchased but never received is now out of stock

Items were return and were received at warehouse on the 30th April, eleven days later and I am still waiting for my refund.

I ordered I dress which looks nice. To get free postage I also ordered a pair of socks. Unfortunately one of the socks had a hole in the heel after wearing them twice. By the time I noticed I had thrown the return packaging away already.

Unfortunately I had to return items which didn't fit. I posted them on 19th April and so far on Friday 6th May I have not received a refund. I think two weeks is plenty of time for processing this so am disappointed and therefore cannot give a good review.

I have been a loyal Weird Fish customer for 20 or so years. My account shows £300-400 spend not including what friends and family buy me and not counting the pre ‘on line ‘ years . I recently had a problem with a voucher discount and asked them to consider a small refund about £8. They couldn’t be bothered dealing with it other than a cursory “we will look into it “ I’ve heard nothing since. My lost custom will cost them far more than a few £. Ps love their stuff but won’t be buying.

I bought 2 pairs supposedly both identical. The first pair I opened fitted ok but not as nicely as wranglers. The 2nd pair literally fell down! I had ordered 34" waist but I reckon they were 36 or 38" although they were labelled 34. I have returned just the 1 pair but I was not very impressed with the quality of either. I would give them a miss and pay the extra fiver to somebody else for a decent pair

I have absolutely no problem with Weird Fish, however your courier service EVRI are highly incompetent. Having seemingly lost the first order on 10th March (over 4 weeks ago), Becki from Wierd Fish kindly re-ordered another top 10 days ago, however the same problem has reoccured with the EVRI tracking saying the garment is at the Hub. Unfortunately, this is simply unacceptable and Weird Fish needs to find another delivery service.

Had to return the item that I received as it was faulty, requested my p&p cost was refunded but it wasn't. Why should I be out of pocket for faulty goods. Previously ordered same jacket a while ago & it was of a much higher quantity, disappointing! Please refund me the £2.50 you owe me.
