“I bought one dress and it was lovely. The fit is great so I thought I would order the same dress in a different colour and it doesn’t fit. Measuring it against the older dress’ there is an inch diffence and I will be sending it back”

“Sadly I am waiting for my refund. The waist band was a strange tube affair rather than a simple elasticated or zip fastener. I did not find this design to be comfortable. However, the quality of the product was otherwise good”

“Checks size guide on website and recommended to buy a 14. Usually am between 10 and 12 so ordered the 12. Still way too big!! Very very slow return service.”

“I bought the pink lip flops to replace the ones I've had for maybe three years, same style, liked it a lot, however much as they look good I can't wear them because they rubbed the top of my feet raw, still healing and it's been best part of two weeks. Wouldn't get again, obviously not like they used to be”

“When ever I return a item I always have to get in touch for my money back I always leave it for 2-3 weeks before contacting you which is very bad on your part as it makes me think twice before ordering anything now not happy”

“Having ordered a certain size item, why did the packer decide to send a different size item? Not helpful at all. The item looked of good quality but had to be sent back! Alternative sourced from elsewhere. Sad because I have always had good service from Weird Fish in the past.”

“Disappointing! Totally wrong order sent. Breach of security sending details of other customers . However a new order was sent immediately. I love this company but they need to review customer details sent to wrong person ! How often does this happen?”
