“Sadly due to a Post Office delivery problem the first garment didn't arrive although they said it was " ready for collection". Failure to get anywhere with their delivery system I contacted your customer relations who immediately sent me another which arrived ( using a different carrier that I requested. Unfortunately the garment was not suitable after all that so I returned it the following day with a note explaining my problems. Today, 15 days later my local post office collection point rand me to say it had arrived. They could do this because I asked them too since we were both concerned that wherever it was in the Post Office system it was clearly out of control. I will now have to collect the first garment and I will be posting it back to you as soon as I get chance. Thanks you for all you did .”

“I hesitated to order a dress on line, but do not regret it. My order arrived quickly, was just as described and the fit is perfect, if a little long, but is great worn with heels. The addition of length in the description would be very helpful to us vertically challenged customers.”

“Bought a Stowe Recycled 1/4 Zip Soft Knit Fleece Blue Indigo a couple of weeks ago, and have worn it most days. The colour and fit are good, and warmth and comfort live up to expectations. Haven't washed it yet. The only negative is that the front has already developed pills or bobbles, which isn't great.”

“Utterly terrible experience! I ordered Christmas Jumpers for the whole family, over £500 in total. There was no tracking information provided. One Jumper arrived out of the whole order! Then, while trying to get to the bottom of where the order had got to and what we could do about it, the woman on the live chat simply stopped replying to my messages and closed the case with an email telling me I would receive a partial refund, which took over a week to arrive! Now, I've re-ordered the Christmas jumpers thinking it must have been a fluke, for no successful company could be this terribly unorganised; and the same blasted situation is happening all over again! No tracking information provided! No-one can find our order - Weird Fish are saying the order has been created and collected. But the delivery company are saying they are waiting to receive the parcel! Absolutely ridiculous! Genuinely don't understand how this could happen to us twice. Once is an accident but twice is careless. I will not be shopping here again. Save yourself the trouble and shop at Seasalt. They have better quality clothing and haven't once messed up or lost my order! They will have my custom from now on!”
