“This is difficult, because although the jumper came from Wierd Fish, I bought it via debenhams online as it was over £10 less. The umper was too big, so I returned it to Wierd Fish as advised and ordered a smaller one. The new jumper arrived and is good, but I never recieved a refund for the one I returned. Debenhams only customer service ( whats ap) advised jumper not returned, although I have proof of retirn to Wierd Fish. All in all, bad experience, I've lost the money and won't be using Wierd Fish or Debenhams Online again!”

“Order arrived quickly. Packaging very tight and apoeared heat sealed. Unfortunately it was impossible for me to do the zip up however many times I tried, so returned it as faulty. It was also much to big as far as I could tell with only being able to fasten it with the poppers. I know from tracking it has been delivered back, but as yet I have not received my refund.There were no smaller sizes in stock.”

“I like the quality of the jumper I bought. I needed a smaller size so returned it and reordered the smaller size. Returns was easy although they didn't offer an exchange on the returns section. My money was reimbursed seamlessly. And I proceeded to reorder smoothly.”
