“Very disappointed by your company. The wrong goods were sent to me, the item ordered was then not available. Having to return the incorrect goods before a refund could be issued was not what I expected. No real apology or compensation given. I ordered a 3/4 zip jumper size L and received a tee shirt size XXL!! Monitoring of orders and despatch needs some work.”

“I received an email on 28th November to say my order had been dispatched with the Royal Mail tracking number. Royal Mail website shows that they are still waiting for the item. I have emailed customer services and had no reply. I have tried to call and the call cuts off before it's answered. Yet this is the second time I have been asked to review and item I haven't received. Exceptionally poor”
