My parcel never arrived, when I reported this, I was told to give it longer. It still failed to arrive, and when I tried to re order, I was told the item was now out of stock, so ery disappointed!!

Ordered an item in the sale. Sent me the wrong size and wrong colour. Returned item inconveniencing myself then reordered the correct item. The order was accepted by the system used Amazon pay so money wasn’t taken. Then two days later was told the item was not available Not great service

Disappointed when I ordered a size 12 jumper (only size left) I had wanted for some time online to be informed that the website had not been updated before I ordered and there were no 12s left. Obviously my money was refunded.

This garment is so small. I am a size 12-14 and ordered a 14 because I prefer clothes that are not too tight. This top is probably a size 10. I gave it to my young niece. So disappointed!!

Out of only 2 orders ever placed with Weird Fish, they have both had items cancelled. I understand stock levels can sometimes take time to update but if this is the case then surely Weird Fish could have the courtesy to email me and say that this item has been cancelled, but oh no that would be the polite and best customer service and Weird Fish obviously can't be bothered with that. I did order one other item but otherwise I would have paid P&P for absolutely nothing and because WF don't treat their customers courteously but expect them to guess they have cancelled an item/s and be glued to their WF I wouldn't have known. As it is, they didn't bother emailing order confirmation and the only evidence I had was from my payment provider and having to take time to log in. Unfortunately my son, who is autistic, loves WF clothing and stupidly after having said after the 1st time I wouldn't shop with them again when this happened, I did and disappointed all over again by their attitude to customers!!!

I recieved my parcel and the next day returned one item and another item that was in my purchases that i had not ordered.. I took those items in one parcel to the post office and have the reciept of postage. This was 5th Feb 2024. I am still waiting for my refund. I have not had any correspondance to say WF has received it. Thus only a low star.

The jumpsuit I ordered online from Weird Fish arrived quickly but had a broken zip. This obviously had been sent back by another purchaser and not been checked before it was sent to me. I was not impressed.

I didn't purchase the jacket I was extremely disappointed in the quality Of it not suitable for winter wear at all and not a patch on the one my son is still wearing now which I purchased years ago

The clothes I had kept from my previous orders are soft & nice to wear. However, I am still waiting for my refund from the stuff I returned on 6th January 2024. Seriously, how long is your 10 working days?

You sent the wrong size and I had to take trouble to return by which time the size I wanted was out of stock .

Ordered some mens slippers ....a ladies fleece arrived size 20....took ages to sort out ...and send back...no confidence in the company pretty shabby will not disappoint business with them again ..?

Very disappointed with the service of my last order. No email to say there was a problem with my order. Money taken from my account. No delivery. It was up to me to question where my delivery was only to be told it had been returned with no reason. Was asked if I wanted the order to be told then that my items were no longer available. I then have to email again to get my money back. Not happy or impressed
