Buying the garment from Debenhams was a huge mistake, one I do not intend to repeat. The moment I posted the address I wished the jacket to be delivered to, it was sent although I tried to contact Debenhams to explain it was incorrect - it needed to be sent to the purchaser's address , not some other 'Somerhayes' address in the midlands. The web site is very poor, and the service appalling!
