“I still haven’t received my parcel. I called Evri, they never called me back and I called Weird Fish on Monday this week, explained the situation and they were going to follow up with Evri. To date I have heard nothing so no parcel and no refund. I would appreciate someone getting back to me.”

“Delivery with no paperwork . Couldn’t return as fo not have printer to print off label and post office don’t do it near me . So I’ve got an item I don’t want . Wouldn’t buy from you again”

“It took 7 attempts to order something from them. The previous 6 orders were cancelled despite showing they had the items in stock. They held the money of cancelled orders for up to a week after the orders were cancelled. Poor customer service overall although some of them were very good. I wrote a complaint email last week and haven’t even had a response to acknowledge it yet. New customer, so despite loving their clothes, I will think very carefully before attempting to order from them again in the future.”

“Buying the garment from Debenhams was a huge mistake, one I do not intend to repeat. The moment I posted the address I wished the jacket to be delivered to, it was sent although I tried to contact Debenhams to explain it was incorrect - it needed to be sent to the purchaser's address , not some other 'Somerhayes' address in the midlands. The web site is very poor, and the service appalling!”

“Probably not the normal experience but I really didn't have a good one. Ordered two items. One couldn't be found so was cancelled, the other didn't fit even though I matched the size on the website. Never mind. Just the way it goes sometimes.”

“Good sizing guides meant no returns needed on all my purchases. Designs are beautiful and true to images on-line and quality is great. Quick delivery packaged well - I’m very pleased to shop on-line with Weird Fish, not something I usually like to do.”
