“On 8th Nov I placed my first order and I received a welcome email from the MD which was a nice touch. However when I replied to this email to report a faulty garment my email went straight to customer services and apart for an automated response I haven't had any response from them. I returned the garments and reordered but the second jumper had the same fault so was returned on 25th Nov along with 2 sweatshirts I'd encouraged my husband to buy. Over a week has passed and I've had no confirmation that you've received the return which was over £100 in value. I really wanted to start to buy from Weirdfish but after this experience I'm afraid I won't be doing this.”

“Arrived quickly but had to return the items as they didn't fit, and I wasn't too impressed with the quality. More than a week later I am still waiting for confirmation that the returns have arrived, needless to say no refund as yet”

“Having ordered two garments I was annoyed that they were not delivered and after a few days managed to get hold of a human to complain! This was only overcome by me deciding to give them another chance so I re-ordered the same two garments. These arrived on time but one needed returning due to being a too large a fit. I have returned this item and after 8 or 9ndays I havr yet to receive an acknowledgement of the returned item? Let alone a refund??? Needless to say, I shall not be either recommending Wierd Fish to anybody or ordering anything further! This is a shame as the product itself is excellent!!”
