“I usually have no bother ordering from weird fish and love the clothing. However, after placing my order on 24/11 - I'm still waiting for my delivery (15/12) from Hermes. I've followed the advice given by Hermes to contact weird fish. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer services after sending an email (their phone lines are closed at 3 pm on a Wednesday). Though the email auto-response advises you to call if you have not had a reply within 5 days. Bit of a vicious circle going on.”

“I was very disappointed in the colour, the petrol blue on your way site is nothing like the colour of the top that I received, my one was a garden green, I kept it as I couldn't be bothered to send it back. Can you please reply to this comment, thank you.”

“Clothes are always good, only value for money during sales. If you have sales and expect a lot of business then employ more people, delivery was longer than it should be and the fact that they sent a message 3 days after placing the order to tell me despatch was still to happen was not good at all”

“Normally very good, currently struggling….problems started after delivery. 1st item stunk of BO and was obviously a return, packaging and the way it was folded. One item simply not received with “out of stock” handwritten on packing note. BUT, no refund or credit given?????? 3 mens shirts sizing was weirdly different to the previous purchases. I ended up returning everything. I emailed WF but took them 13 days to respond and then their reply was incomplete. It took 6 more emails before matters were resolved. I usually LOVE WF and have never had a problem before this order. Maybe I’ll go to their retail outlets in future….. Their clothes are great design and of good quality.”

“Great quality clothing which always fits me well. The couriers used to deliver are shocking. My parcel was left with a neighbour, no indication which neighbour, the photo wasn't helpful in this identification. The customer services dept were really helpful in that they could arrange a refund (as my items by then were sold out) The last thing I want to do in the current climate is knock on all my neighbours doors just in case they received my parcel. I did do this in an attempt to locate it (which I finally did) It has put me off using mail order in the future. Please use a reputable courier”

“Products were lovely but delivery and refund service was poor. My husband still waiting for delivery ordered 27/11. Was due 10/12, no info received. Refund took ages after return.”

“I’m usually size XL but I find Weird Fish is generous size wise so I ordered size L fleece. Although down a size the arms were baggy and too long so I’ve paid for them to be altered to suite my fitting preference”

“Like the clothes and they seem to be pretty good quality, but they use Hermes for delivery. Didn't know this before ordering and have now asked if they have an alternative delivery company but not heard anything from them after 2 weeks, so take it they either don't or that they don't care.”
