“What we thought we had bought was actually not in stock, it said it was delivered and then it said it was out of stock when I said I hadn't recieved it, and a refund is on it's way.... Go Figure. Other purchases have gone well, a long coat is EXCELLENT, exactly what it said on the tin and more !”

“The clothing I bought is nice enough, price was OK, what lets the company down is the long delivery times (they do tell you on ordering it will be a while) and the even longer returns time. Took nearly a month to order and return an item.”

“I wouldn't trust the size chart on their website waist size on jeans is small. Go one size extra to your normal and shirts were opposite. Need one size down”

“I haven't received this order yet. The courier will only take instructions from the supplier, so the delivery has been on hold since December 2nd. There is obviously a problem , but i can't find out what it is !”

“Some great products. However I ordered a top only to be told there had been an issue with the website and 1 of my items was out of stock. I checked online and was still showing as available. The clothing is really good quality. The website needs to match to avoid customer disappointment and the possibility of losing said customer. I did order an alternative top as I rate the clothing but it would not have been my first choice.”
