“I would leave a review if I had actually received my purchases! Normally I love shopping with weird fish & have no problem but Hermes have allegedly had my parcel for 2 weeks ( so no fault of weird fish) but after contacting weird fish twice I’m still waiting for a reply?! Not impressed as one of the items was a Xmas present!”

“I’d like to leave a good review as I like the clothes but the delivery by Hermes is terrible. Twice in the last 3 months my parcels from Weirdfish haven’t arrived and, although I’ve been refunded, it seems unacceptable to use such an unreliable delivery service. Come on Weirdfish, get it sorted.”

“I like the products but there seems to be an issue with sizes. I ordered a quarter zip sweat top XL which is tight but can get it on and a full zip up top XL which is big and loose but again wearable. The size checker told me to get XXL !? One further item was not delivered at the same time and was later cancelled as not available.”

“One item arrived but the other did notThere was no indication why. Rang for 20 mins and then gave up. Contacted customer services and was given a prompt response. Asked for item to be cancelled if didn’t arrive in warehouse. Item was dispatched but unfortunately stolen out of Hermes van. Reported to weird fish and promptly given refund. So excellent CS”

“Bought a jacket similar to a previous one same size etc but when it arrived the arms length was much longer, which doesn't make sense. I'm not impressed with the amount of time it takes for a refund. I had to chase it up several times”

“I love weird fish clothing a specially the hoody’s but up to now I have had a few thing that seem to run smaller on there sizes I take a true 16 but found with there cloths you have to order 1 size bigger”
