“Weird fish products are great, unfortunately they use Hermes as a delivery company. The worst delivery company, my current order has been "delayed, but working to get it out next day" at Hemes for 3 days now with no update to the tracking.”

“Very disappointed with the packaging of these items, it didn’t matter for the fleecy top but there was no protection for the two gift sets and they were both damaged. As they were intended for Christmas presents I had to return them.”

“sad to say but its geting worse. I liked this brand a big time. but is going down. I used to subscribe mailing list but they started send me some cheap offers a different products, it was nice balanced but not anymore. sad. And is difficult to get the information where the items are made”

“My dad got stuck in the top trying to put it on, my husband tried and could not even get it on. Both got stuck at shoulders. My brother struggled but got it on, fitted lovely, good size XL nice material. He struggled to get it off but said he would keep it. Try one on, you will see what I mean.”

“I was sent entirely the wrong order and had to re order just before Christmas. Thankfully the new order came very quickly. Disappointing service at first but the clothing quality was good overall.”

“Usually very pleased with items purchased and no problems with delivery, unfortunately none of these items arrived and disappointed as were intended as Christmas gifts. When I chased up where the items were I was given a refund but would have preferred the items as now informed I can not reorder.”

“Great fashion. Good website. Good service when ordering. Only downside is if you need to return items. Extremely slow at processing refunds. I'm still waiting for my refund from week before Xmas. Even an email acknowledgement would help. Apart from that a lovely store.”

“I am very pleased with this fleece for fit and warmth. Just disappointed with the colour. The colour is not as bright as expected. I also have the blue one which is very dull compared with the photos. As I am unable to do shopping, I decided to keep them both.”

“I have been purchasing Weird Fish products for my partner for years liking both the style and quality of products and also what was generous sizing unfortunately this will likely be my last purchase. We stopped purchasing t shirts some time ago as they started to come up too short and both my latest purchases are only just long enough. My partner hasn’t grown in height or width so we can only assume your company is aiming its products at a much shorter stature of client which sadly is not us.”

“Purchased mens full zipped cardigan in sale...nice feel to it. However, does not have a single pocket anywhere, so nowhere to put : keys / wallet/ phone which is a must for men wearing an outer garment . No mention in product description of this.”
