“Lovely g shirts for my 3 nephews. My complaint is that I ordered 3 with free postage but only 2 arrived. Days later I was told 3 rd shirt out of stock. Ordered another and had to pay postage. I have asked for postage refund but nothing happened.”

“clothing is OK, quality is now average whereas it used to be very good. SIzing is just plain weird, if you order a XXL or XXXL they assume your belly is wider than your shoulders and you're 5'6". Return and refund took forever.”

“I feel that the Weird Fish products have lost the quality that they used to have as a brand . I have hoodies etc from a few years back, and the quality was much better then, in terms of the fibres used, and the garment construction. The company we're helpful and efficient at processing my refund on a return though.”

“Service is prompt, the quality of products is average. I received a fleece from them which was of reasonable quality and good value as it was in the sale. On further inspection it had a hole in the seam under the armpit. I decided to keep it and repair it. Reported it to the company expecting an apology but never received one. This has certainly put me off purchasing from them again.”

“I bought a gilet for my daughter who is size 16. It fitted me perfectly but I am a size 10. So I had to return it. Weird Fish helpfully provide free returns with clear instructions on how to go about it.”

“Whilst I really like the concept of the jumper, it definitely does not have any shape at the bottom. I paid full price. It’s currently £25. That’s more it’s value. It’s a very relaxed jumper; it’s cosy and the high neck is fab.”
