“Prompt delivery, although advanced notice of delivery time was not received until the morning of the delivery. Weird Fish clothing normally fits my 'shape'. However, these items were made for a different shape of body. It is disappointing that a brand that has so few shops is inconsistent in it's measurments.”

“Products and prices are good (always a discount available) Admin around jt ks less good. This occasion took about two weeks to even get the order picked, at which point I had cancelled, it was sent anyway, immediately returned then looks like about being 5 weeks until I get my money returned So an item was unavailable and they told me a few days after the order had been sent”

“I have made 3 purchases recently 1 of which was a Christmas present. Unfortunately the wrong size item had been put into the bag so it had to be sent back. I was furious. This was an absolute bargain and there were none left in the size I needed. So don't assume that the bag has the correct size item inside, check it !”

“I love Weird Fish clothing, however my online experience was less than perfect. One of my ordered items was delivered in a different colour to that ordered. I was also disappointed to find Hermes was the courier and, as per their reputation, there was confusing communication and a delayed delivery. The clothing is good quality and great to wear, however.”

“Usually I have a great opinion of Weird Fish, but was not as happy this time my package got stuck in the Hermes system, before finally arriving nearly four weeks after my order. Weird Fish told me they couldn't meet the order, whilst Hermes told me they had got.”

“I thought Weird Fish was a good brand so perhaps I was unlucky with my purchase, but the fleece I bought had a massive hole in it, right on the front. I would have expected that sort of thing to be picked up before it left the factory, but not in my case. Very disappointing and I have lost confidence in the brand and will not shop with them again.”

“Order and delivery was OK and good to have free returns although I haven't been reimbursed yet. Tunic was very small, I am usually a 14 ordered a 16 and it was too small.”

“I ordered two items,one was delivered with just a line through the second item on the order form ,there was no indication of why only one item arrived,as it was needed for a gift after waiting anxiously and hearing nothing I had to purchase elsewhere,I found the customer service disappointing as I e mailed and received no reply at all,then out of the blue the second item arrived sadly much too late.”

“Hello It is very nice of you to offer a discount off my next order but at timing of writing I have not received the fleece I ordered on December 3rd. The order confirmation said delivery would be on 10 or 11th Dec and I still have not received it. The cost of the item has been debited from my bank account. Please look into this urgently please as it is meant to be a Christmas present. R. walmsley”

“I bought three items and ended up keeping one. The bamboo sweatshirt I returned was just because I didn’t like the colour. However I ordered the Jetstream short sleeve shirt for my husband, ordering the ‘tall’ version expecting the body and sleeve length to be longer as advertised. The body length was fine but the sleeves were ridiculously short. His normal short sleeve inside measurement is 13 cm, this shirt was 6cm! Come on Weird Fish, you can do better than that. Very disappointed”

“I ordered a size up as I had read all the comments about sizing being small on this product. Sadly when it arrived it was huge! Product excellent quality though. What is annoying is the extremely long wait (2 weeks) for a refund.”
