“Have a wardrobe full of Weird Fish. Love your clothes but not your delivery methods. Waited a while for order to arrive. Returned within 24 hours of receipt (too small). Still awaiting refund. Would have reordered item in larger size but can’t be bothered with wait time.”

“Products are generally good, useful for outdoor / weekend wear though choice is fairly limited. I've noticed recently that there are fewer items that interest me. Sometimes it's because of the styles, type of fabric, quality of fabric. Items from a few years back are better quality than more recent items. I had to return one item because the quality was so poor.”

“Very disappointed the size 10 was too small size12 was to big. I think it is to do with the seam under the bust. Sent the parcel back over ten days ago hope you have received. Not received an email. V. Marlow”

“The products I ordered were lovely but 4 items were not included in the package although they were on the delivery note. These items will take over 10 days to be delivered and as these are Christmas presents that need to be posted, I am concerned that they may not arrive in time.”

“Very slow delivery but they did email to apologise citing staffing issues. I do find their sizing and quality variable recently which is disappointing as I have had to return several items and some I have kept have not worn or washed well. They used to be very good quality and reliable but are clearly having problems at the moment, hoping they recover soon.”

“Disappointed that two sized 18 garments- one x jumper and one tines fleece were very different sizes. The jumper rather large- should have bought a 16, and the fleece too snug- should have bought a size 20. Good quality products but inconsistent sizing.”

“A problem with there sizes on mens Shirts, had to change the 1st order due to wrong size. Not a big problem but then I ordered another 2 shirts thinking I now had the correct size and they were much to big so had to return them,”

“Garment was good but delivery by Hermes bad. Because delivery took longer than advertised I requested that delivery should be to my home address rather than to Clarks Village Outlet as originally requested but this wasn’t carried out by Hermes!! So I had to make special journey and didn’t have garment for event as required but kept garment”

“My order took 3 weeks to arrive and required several email chasers to resolve. Fair play to their customer support team who helped to sort out the problem but it could have been so much easier with some proactive communication on their part.”
