“Ordered the Delray dress in a 12 & 14 as I was unsure if the 12 would be tight across the hips but it fitted beautifully but unfortunately the back didn’t hang correctly as reported in previous reviews so I returned both sizes. all tops I’ve had have been fine this is such a shame as the colour was lovely”

“I received someone elses order and when I contacted the company, was told that my items were now out of stock. Full refund was given quickly. Have used them in the past with no problems.”

“Lack of communication, I have sent 2 emails with know reply. Insufficient knowledge of their stock, couldn’t tell me how many Inches/cm each size of shirt approx measured. Still waiting for refund on order no2280719 returned on the 26th Nov, Hope my other return doesn’t take so long, will have to contact PayPal if I don’t get any joy soon, impossible to contact by phone and don’t reply to emails!”

“Great collection BUT website has become very difficult to use on iPad, images over print and cannot get checkout to accept more than one item, ie continue shopping after one item in basket or pay for item when item stored.Only accepts payment immediately item put in basket. This has happened a few times recently and I’ve not bought everything I wanted as became too difficult and expensive with multiple postage. Annoying as some great stuff and been loyal customer forever !”

“Unfortunately, the trousers that arrived have a 38 inch tag but the polythene bag that they’re in says 36inch. I ordered 36. It is a Xmas present so they can’t yet be tried on but it’s not fun to think of the return hassle I’ll potentially have after Xmas if they don’t fit. Plus the annoyance for the receiver of my gift who might not be able to wear their new trousers for another few weeks. What if you are out of stock by then?? Its good that you make bamboo trousers but could the polythene have been avoided? Mainly for the environment but also for the confusion re size labelling”

“Hello weird fish team, bougth some of your goods in ilfracomb inn summer vacacion , was before brexit Appreciate the quality, that is why I placed this order. Unfotutnatly this time I had to pay 20 % Taxes on the delivery and the delivery time was pretty long, that is the reason that I give only 3 from 5 stars.”

“I found the variation in sizes surprising. I ordered two items, a tunic top and a dress, both size 16. There is a marked difference in the two items with the top fitting well but the dress is too large. I hope to be able to re-order it in a size 14 and that it fits. This experience has made me feel wary in considering furture orders”

“I usually wear a size 8 luckily I ordered the size 10 too as size 8 was a little snug! Having said that I returned the 8 over a week ago and although it's been delivered to them nothing from Weird Fish acknowledging its return or a refund. Maybe because it's Christmas or due to COVID although the former turns up every year and the latter just won't go away!”
