“The fleece which arrived had a small flaw in the front. I needed a replacement quickly as I am going on holiday. When I phoned up about it, the only way I could get a replacement in time was to pay for another one so it would be sent immediately - fair enough! But to be asked if I wanted to pay £2.95 to ensure quick delivery angered me. Surely paying for speedy delivery was the leat the company could do since the first fleece was faulty? Marjory Craig”

“Your "strongly reccomended" Fit Finder does not work and I ended up with a way to large purchase. The return system is extremily slow: after a week from when I send the return I am still waiting.”

“Poor seems a very harsh rating to give as the quality of the clothes is great and getting the hoodies that I sent for in the sale made them even better! The problem was the fit. I used the online fitting guide and it strongly recommended I purchased the large size yet the medium was far too baggy and as a result unsuitable. This was very disappointing as I love the style and material and it wont stop me buying again I just probably won't do it online.”

“Despite entering information concerning size, I am 5 foot 10 inches amongst other dimensions the product that I received in Large size looks like it was designed for someone of around 6 foot 3. The sleeves and body are both far too long. I am retaining it because it will serve a purpose this winter but the sizing needs a radical review.”

“The quality of the zipped fleece was very poor, with lots of loose stitching and cotton threads, noticeable on the inside. I returned the item and I'm waiting for a cash refund. Very disappointed.”

“An item which was available and put in the basket, paid for , was in fact not available. Notification of this happened after the rest of the order was confirmed as dispatched. I have never experienced this when purchasing online before. I was buying the item as a gift , had told the recipient it was on its way and then had to disappoint them. What went wrong ? Is the way I feel about the experience.”

“On this occasion my purchase was a big disappointment as the garment was faulty. An error in manufacturing meant that you couldn't actually get your arm down one sleeve of the jacket as the lining twisted round like a corkscrew and obstructed passage down the sleeve. Clearly a failure at quality control stage. The garment has been returned & I'll have one try for a replacement. Customer service is polite but slow in response stating 5-7days to deal with a response as they are busy - hopefully they will do better than this schedule.”

“The product was good but it took them 4 days to despatch it and with slow postage it was a full week before it arrived. When I emailed them, their attitude was to change their terms and wording, rather than improve their service. Very disappointing.”

“You sent the wrong sizes, I ordered 3XL your paperwork said 3XL but the garments when they arrived were only 2XL so they didn’t fit. That said the first delivery of the correct size was superb.”
