“I feel a little conned. BFD made of the -20% offer, only to find the retail price tag LEFT on the garment... at the same magical £20 that my "20% off" got me from £25 listed. Yes it is cotton but horribly flimsy with a scaled-up neck hole for my 5XL, so it is silly and feels like it may be made for girls, really. Won't be shopping again.”

Dear Adam, Thank you for your review, we're very sorry your garment was labelled up incorrectly, I have checked all other garments in this style and they are all labelled up at the RRP £25.00, however we would be more than happy to refund you the difference. “Size XL more like XXXL have bought a lot of weird fish and this is the first with a bad fit. Material very thin not up to previous quality previously purchased. Delivery seemed very slow compared to other purchases. Bought in sale so will use it for gardening or cleaning the car. I will however continue to buy from weird fish and put this download one off bad experience”

“I first saw the item I purchased in a store in Padstow. Size 14 was a perfect fit but they didn't have the design I wanted so I purchased on line from you. On receipt the fitting was nothing like the ones I tried on in the store, they are far too tight - so disappointed as I wanted them to take on holiday with me. Will be returning them when we get back to the UK.”

“Basically 5xl could do with a sizing rethink your 5xl used to be a good fit, now its more like others 3xl sizwe. The material is clingy and not loose, i have t-shirts that go back to sgt peppers of you and they are still useable, that cotton was good, what you use now is poor probably cheaper and inferior to your former suppliers. you need a step back, your step forward as lead to a slip in quality.”

Thank you for your feedback. Due to other customer feedback we reduced our sizes back in August 2015 to be closer to high street sizes. Feedback was that our sizes were too big and baggy and it made ordering the right size difficult. We are sorry if this change has not been suitable for you. We have not changed our material content on our 'Edwin' polo shirts and they remain at 100% cotton so we are sorry if you were not happy with the quality. Please use your free postage label to return for a full refund or exchange.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry if you did not like the quality if the leggings. They are made from 60% Cotton, 35% Modal and 5% Elastane so they should have felt like good quality when tried on. However, we have now scanned your return as received and will refund as soon as possible for you.

“The colour 'hot pink' is apparently not to same colour for each top, therefore it's impossible to make sure you order the 'right' hot pink. Customer services just said to keep ordering different tops and sending them back until the right hot pink arrives! I don't think so....”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you did not like the colour of the product. As explained, the photos on the website are taken inside and outside so the light varies. It can be quite hard to get the exact colour of a garment translated on to the screen. Different fabrics can take dye differently so it is hard to get the exact same colour through the range. They will, however, be close. We hope you are able to get e top in the colour you like.
