“I receved a gift card at Christmas, I found it very difficult to exchange it for goods as no outlets would accept it and pure Weird Fish shops are far away that's why I ended up online”

“I used your online size guide it said i was extra large. The macaroni top turned up, the arms sleeves were way to long and so was the length ,nearly down to my knees .Extra large is way more than extra large, more like xxl .I would like to exchange for a smaller size ,but it is out of stock .”

We are sorry if the size guide did not choose the right size. It is a guideline to assist in buying online and we have found that we have a much lower returns level due to wrong size ordered. We currently have this top in the large or medium so please put this on your form, use your free postage label, and we will try to exchange. If it goes out of stock in the meantime you would be refunded. Alternatively, you can place a new order to grab the stock and return the one you have for a refund.

“I have shopped from Weird Fish for many many years, and sadly I feel that over the years the sizes have started to reduce, I have many trusted old T-shirts which are XL, my body shape/size has not changed but to try on an XL is a waste of time. I am quite a stocky guy and XL has always been fine - I now have to order a 4XL if I want a decent fit - I think this has become common practice from retailers where they have changed the body shape/fit. To say I am gutted is an understatement!!”

Thank you for your feedback. We had to change our sizes back in August 2015 due to negative feedback from customer's. They were saying that our sizes were a lot bigger than the high street it was making it hard to order the right size. We changed our men's chest sizes so that they are closer to the high street. We are sorry if this means a change in size for you. Please also try our 'Fit Finder' which should help you with finding your new size.

“Yes, my item was in the sale. I've bought lots of things from the sale section and never had an issue. This time, I bought two jumpers, one blue and one cream but the same style. The blue one is immaculate, so I'd rate that five stars, but the cream one at the back is poor - you can see the knot where the yarn had to be joined and there is a pull next to it. In my opinion, it's not even good enough for a second quality jumper, earning 0 stars. The ordering process is always easy, the items arrive quickly and well packaged, it I'm rather disappointed in the cream coloured jumper, despite its sale price!”

We are sorry if your one jumper had a small knot in the fabric. Whether items are in the sale or full price it is the same stock. Please use your free postage label to return this for an exchange or full refund. We advise getting a receipt of postage which is also free of charge.

Thank you for your feedback. We did change our sizes back in 2015 due to customer feedback saying our clothing was larger than the high street and it made it difficult to choose a size. We came in line with the high street sizes and reduced our sizes. Some customer's as a result have needed to go up one size. Please refer to our size guide online for our current chest sizes.

“Although the items arrived fairly quickly, I found the two products of poor quality and certainly not worth their price . I am in the process of sending both items back for a full refund . Regards Peter Reed .”

“I ordered my size of 12 in both garments but the t-shirt was so too big ... more like a size 16. I took it to a Weird Fish outlet & they have no exchange we also tied 2 others in our area.it turns me off ordering online with you ever again!”
