You placed your order on the 27th February and the delivery address is Australia. We estimate delivery between 08/0318 - 16/0318. Australian post is renowned for being slow and they do not update their scanning very often. Your tracking number says this is on transit, so please keep an eye on the tracking and let us know if this has not arrived within the estimated delivery dates.

“Quality of the polo shirts was poor , I bought the ‘ Saltash’ model polo last year and they were excellent . I would buy another six of those if you had them of the same quality in 3 XL”

Dear Paul Ursell, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry if the fit of the Masterton Blazer was not good for you. We say that our size 2XL should fit a 49" chest. All body and sleeve lengths can vary, so we hope you find a better fit with another product.

“Ordered a 2xl macaroni hoodie. I used the sizing tool and, as my body is something of a temple to pies and beer, and expected the resultant 2xl recommendation to be OK. Wrong! It should have come with tent pegs. It was big enough to go camping in. I've returned it (free) but processing takes ten days.”

“Despite, owning several weird fish products and being very pleased with them. On this occasion I used the sizing chart to purchase this Vaileo 1/4 Zip Fleece Lined Macaroni Sweatshirt Blueberry Size S for my son which turned out to be much too small for him! I had to order a size medium of another design before returning this item as stocks were low and non left of this design. Hopefully the medium will be correct fit for him.”

“Website said you were in stock when the item wasn't, meaning that my paying more for next day delivery was pointless because we wasted a day on being phoned to change the item. Your size helper on the website suggested medium for me but it was far too big. And when I sent it back requesting the smaller size instead I just got a refund (minus the extra paid for next day delivery) and I assume I'm meant to now order again if I want the item I requested in exchange. Would be nice if the website was up to date with stock levels, can't really blame the size helper since it can't be 100% accurate, but it would have been nice to have received an email about the refund even if it wasn't what I wanted.”

“Ordered a salem hoodie. When it arrived, not only were the sleeves too short for the body size (L) but the left was longer than the right, so returned and ordered an XL, again sleeves too short and left seam stitching wrapped around from under armpit to top of wrist instead of straight. Poor quality control and has put me off getting anymore weird fish products.”

“Only part of the order has been received - apparently one item I ordered became unavailable between ordering it and dispatch. I telephoned to enquire about this on 07.12.17 and received an e-mail in response regarding possible alternatives. Telephoned again but the person I spoke to was unable to deal with query himself and said he would have to refer the matter to your Customer Services section who would contact me. I am still awaiting contact.”

“Evidently Weird Fish clothes are designed for tall slim men which perhaps precludes a large minority or even a majority of the male population. As this is the case certainly from my subjective viewpoint I have to accept that Weird Fish is not the site for me. I also found the fit finder results to be misleading and I will not be back.”

“1. I expected sweatshirts according on-line description made with: 82% Cotton, 16% Polyester and 2% Viscose but I received a product made with: 70% Cotton, 26% Polyester, 2% Viscose. 2. Main problem is the fit. The arms are too long, flappy and shapeless. 3. It looks much better in the picture than in reality.”

“Unfortunately I felt that the quality of this was really quite poor. Nothing like the usual Weird Fish quality. I have several Weird Fish items of clothing which are lovely. Sadly, the item was returned.”
