“We saw a Large size in a shop but wanted a Medium size 10 so we bought on-line. When it arrived it fitted my wife, size 14! As we were not confident about how your sizes ( S or XS) would turn out, we returned the purchase. Apart from the size issue, the product quality was OK and the supply / delivery service was good.”

Thank you for your feedback. When zips are sticking you can use a small amount of vaseline on the zip and thus usually releases it. However, you can use your free postage to return for an exchange or refund if you prefer.

“Have been buying BonesT-shirts for years. Very disappointed you’ve gone to 40% polyester. I think this is a real backward step. I (now) realise it clearly states the fabric on the product description but I didn’t read this - just ordered what has always been so good in the past.”

The reason for the change is that we cannot get the 'marled' effect without the material content mix. The t-shirts used to be block colours and 100% cotton, but now the Design Team are doing them in 'marl' colours and they have to have the Polyester in the material to get the effect on the colour.

“I love the quality of the polo shirts but after washing them they have all now much to long to wear as it looks like I’m wearing a mini skirt so I’m very disappointed as I’ve always wanted to buy from weird fish”

“My item arrived with 3 different size labels on. 14 on the dress,(the correct size) 16 on the detachable label and 18 on the bag! I ordered a 16 but received a 14. I found the same item in the outlet shop at Dalton Park and would have bought it from here in the first place but it was £7 more as they wouldn't accept my discount code. I sent the item back but have heard nothing from them. My discount code is now out of date so won't be reordering if I don't receive the correct size as a replacement.”

Dalton Park is a discount retail centre and already has atleast 30% off the price so you cannot use your discount codes in that store. Your discount code will be applied to your exchange, of course, and if this is out of stock and refunded please contact us to use the code for another replacement.

“Although I was impressed with the speed of delivery, and this may have been my fault if it was stated that the picture on the tee shirt was very small, but I was expecting it to be full size.”

Dear Christine, Thank you for your review, on all of our Artist T-shirts we feature a large print on the back and a smaller version on the front. This is stated in the product description. If this item however is unsuitable, please use the free postage returns label provided.

“The jacket selected looked fine on your website but when received I was appalled at the quality, very thin and badly fitting and sewn. I returned it the same day. Win some lose some, I have several other jackets with no problem and a,m in fact wearing one now. Perhaps see you again.”

“Dress purchased dors fit nicely but material is not of good quality as I would have expected. I will keep this however as I will wear it as a beach dress and I had money off it. I think I would have returned it for full price. The top purchased was clearly marked up as the wrong size and is more like a size 18 not the 10 ordered. I am in the process of returning this item for a refund.....”

“Sadly I have had to return the dress as it was far too big on top and although I loved it in the brochure the top was too fussy , I felt the frills were too big. The first thing I have ever returned!”

“Speedy delivery. Email confirmation straight away. Unfortunately the Babylon showerproof jacket I order wasn't as it should be. The outer layer and the lining layer must be two different lengths as when the jacket was on the outer layer was puckering up and wouldn't sit correctly. Probably a manufacture sewing error”

“first time I have been disappointed. 2XL mens fleece - very poor quality material.Arrived covered in cotton oddments. 14 Ladies hoodie - zip peels open from the bottom. They will be returned.”

“Unfortunately I had to return both of the tops I bought as they had irregular cuts on the sleeves (pretty much as if I had cut the fabric at home myself). This was a shame as apart from that they were very nice.”

Thank you for your feedback. The 'Fit Finder' will tell you the size it thinks will best fit all of the measurements you have entered. On occasion this is not the right size, but we have considerably reduced our number of returns due to the wrong size ordered. We apologise for the incorrect description regarding the waistband, this is being changed today. Please use your free postage label to return for an exchange or refund.
