“My order is stuck with Hermes who for some reason are unable to deliver! Hermes are not a safe or secure courier service please look at an alternative… I placed my order on 31/10/21 and it’s STILL not here!”

“I like the clothes but was sorry that I couldn't exchange a recent purchase - I could return it for a refund, which was processed very promptly, but there was no way of asking for an exchange, which was frustrating as I had purchased the item at a good sale price but they had then sent me the wrong size.”

“The shopping experience was fine. The site worked well, I could find what I was after quickly. Shipped fairly soon. The only issue was the delay in the refund being processed. Not bad, but much longer than most other stores.”

“No issues with Weird Fish customer services who are superb, however they use Hermes as their courier who are frankly useless, needless to say my item never arrived and is now discontinued which is extremely disappointing, however Weird Fish had no issues with arranging a refund for me.”
