“Disappointed as I ordered two size 12 garments. When they arrived one was a 12 and perfect, but the other was a size 14 even though the order form said size 12.”

“Very slow in processing returns. That’s the major disappointment about this retailer. Also, it seems that every time I buy something, it appears more discounted very soon afterwards. Frustratingly fluid prices.”

“I ordered an Acer Pigment Jacket in size 14, had to send back as too small. Then ordered a size 16 and still too small. Rang customer services to complain about the sizing but also asked if I could exchange the size 16 for a size 18, but was told they do not do exchanges. Therefore had to send jacket back yet again, await credit and then re-order a size 18! [ i have never had to order a size 16 in any clothing from Weird Fish yet alone a size 18}!!”

“The knitwear was lovely but the sizing on all styles, was all over the place. A lot were huge with one size 10 in one colour being bigger than a size 12 in the same style but in another colour.”

“Your courier has failed to deliver. Your customer services have despatched a replacement. I have received a message from Hermes today saying that delivery will be delayed. Hermes are rubbish. Why do you use them? Until you change courier. will not be buying anything more from you”

“I have bought lots of things from Weird Fish in the past. Love the styles, materials, colours and quality. However, now that Weird Fish have changed their sizing it is very difficult to buy things with confidence. I was a size Large before but now some items are not big enough in XL. Seems to be commercial suicide to me. I know that returns are free but I am sending more back than I am keeping. There is an old saying .... "If it ain't broke .... don't fix it".”

“A long time wearer of Weird Fish jackets and I’ve just bought a new one. Whilst I like my jacket there are a couple of alterations that would improve the garment; shorter sleeves - they are 2inches too long and cotton manufacture rather than synthetic.”

“I usually find t shirts to be too long yours was a little short for a man I felt but I was buying it for my brother in law and my sister said it was fine so I will be buying it again !”

“Love the fleeces but find sometimes the sizes change.. a 12 can fit in one style but be too tight in another It helps that there is free returns but it does make me a bit tentative about ordering?”

“I do love weird fish clothing and have bought a good few bits from their website. However,due to I assume brexit I had to pay €15 in taxes and charges before the skirt was delivered. Overall,the skirt ended up costing me €71 which was too expensive to be honest.Also at the tag at the back of the skirt it was a bit dirty and also smelled of smoke.It seemed like someone may have already bought this skirt,wore it without taking off the tag at the back and then returned it to Weird Fish.”

“I have bought products before. On this occasion I bought 2 fleeces One of the fleeces there was cotton attached to sewed joints and on the sleeve the the patterned area did not match the joint on the sleeve”

“Two out of three items I ordered from Weird Fish had to be returned because they were soooo long. If you're 5'4 or under there are so few tops which finish at a reasonable length. Can we have some petite sizes please? I like Weird Fish designs for everyday casual wear and I'm pleased to see cotton garments available but many of their items, which I might choose for style etc., I avoid buying simply because they are made of synthetic fabrics which contain polluting plastic microfibres. So please more natural fibres and fewer synthetics.”
