“‘Further discount on all purchases’ not applied on check out so phoned for help. CS staff couldn’t apply discount either but said she’d honour it. Two items did not arrive ‘out of stock’ What a huge amount of effort for zilch reward!”

“I took advantage of free delivery (well I thought I had) and 20% off to order some early Christmas presents. I've been wearing weird fish for many years and knew the quality of the clothing wasn't to be questioned, however the online experience and customer care is way behind I'm afraid. I was charged for the "free delivery" and was paid back as a gesture of goodwill rather than apology. The 2 items were delivered as 2 parcels rather than one and the post office were a bit reluctant to give me the 2nd parcel as they had the same labels and only one payment but luckily let me have both. So as I say clothing quality and easy 5 star however online experience is a measly 3 I'm afraid.”
