“I ordered an item and received a dispatch notice but I never received the item. When I contacted the company for a replacement the item was sold out. I did receive a refund but was left disappointed hence the three stars.”

“I am 5 feet 7 inches. Possibly, I have a longer back and shorter legs. However, I felt that the sweater was short, and was going to ride up my back, so I sent it back. Sorry.”

“Product great (as always) - stars deducted for delivery - hurled over back garden gate onto wet path!! Hermes website says they will make 3 attempts to deliver (what happened to the other 2?) Weirdfish please stop using Hermes - it's your reputation that will suffer!Low satisfaction rating due entirely on use of Hermes.”

“Product is as good quality as always but is a completely different colour to the one shown on the website, it looked turquoise but infact is green. I am going to keep it as I still like it but was a bit disappointed because turquoise would have been a fabulous colour for me.”

“After being bombarded with loads of emails, I purchased a fleece jacket at the massive reduction of 30% plus a further £5 reduction ie £50.40 and then waited nearly 14 days for delivery. On visiting my local department store I found I could have purchased it for £49. I'll leave you to decide whether I am satisfied.”

“The Product Quality use to be good. But unfortunately has diminished, recently. I have two Large Wierd Fish Zip Jumpers purchased a few years ago. I purchased on this occasion a medium zip jumper only to find that the arms were approx 4 inches to long for me. So much so that my family was laughing at the situation.”

“I dieted a jump using the size chart. Jump was way too big, ordered the next size down and returned the first one. Almost 2 weeks in and I haven’t had a refund yet. The jump also doesn’t fit, so ordered the next size down. This also doesn’t fit !!!!!”

“I usually find the dresses fit me well but the cord dress I ordered was far too small. It was also folded up so tight in the packaging that the zipper had marked the cord on the front of the dress. Sorry this one had to be returned.”

“Prompt service, garment good fit and I liked them. However after only wearing the Krisona 1/4 Zip Colour Blocked Soft Knit once it has already gone or fuzzy on the surface and looks scruffy. I'm disappointed with this product.”
