“Crantock Lightweight Showerproof Padded Jacket via Debenhams Lots of frayed edges and loose fibres on the jacket I received. Not sure it will last very long. Expected better quality for the price.”

“Unfortunately I have to write a bad review, firstly one of the items I purchased was the wrong size, although marked on the packaging as large upon removal the item was an extra large. I contacted yourselves and a replacement was sent immediately witch was great but unfortunately you use Everi and they haven't delivered the parcel and having contacted them they promised to contact me yesterday with an update and new delivery date but they did not contact me as promised! I am now forced to give a bad review although the main issue is with your poor choice or courier and I am without the correct size of sweatshirt........”

“Quick delivery and loved the swimming costume style, colour and fit - everywhere but the legs where the openings are too wide and gap. This is unusual as I am not a slim 16! I plan to return it, sadly.”

“Recently returned customer having having had various tees for years. Very disappointed in the cut and quality of the two recent purchases. Wide necked and thin material. Doesn't feel like a quality product 😕 won't be ordering again, the fatface tees I ordered were better and have a tall fit option now which WF no longer offer.”

“Bought 2 tops in my size. Delivery prompt, but 2 items, polo shirt and top varied in the method advised for measurement, result polo shirt 2 inches smaller than size guide, top 3 inches larger than size guide. Returned 27th August by 48 hour post (as delivery) pre paid label. Refund into my bank today 9th September. From my point of view a waste of time and £4 postage paid. The payment was taken within hours of purchase online, refund slow, goods not to size, older and wiser!”

“I have bought a number of items from Weird Fish over the years and have usually been happy with both the items and the service provided. However on this occasion, things have slipped. I ordered a fleece with a quarter length slip. Instead I received a fleece in the same colour but with a full length zip. I returned the item with a sheet of paper asking for the item to be replaced with the item I had ordered. There wasn't an option in the returns process to request a replacement. It was clear from the item's label that it simply had had the wrong label attached. Instead, I received a refund with no explanation why the item couldn't be replaced with the one I'd ordered. It's put me off ordering a replacement only to be disappointed again.”

“System for returning items is too complicated. A delivery/returns note with return label should be enclosed in your parcels. I do not have a printer.”
