“A great company that's let down by a shocking and zero customer friendly EVRI. As long as weird fish use this company. I will not be using weird fish unfortunately. I just wonder how many other customers have had issues with evri.”

“Not sure how to review this. I ordered anitem which I liked but was too big and had to return it. This shows as being delivered 31/5 and I've not received any confirmation of receipt and the website still does not show as being received either. The response I've received on the back of my query seems to be standard wording.”

“I did not receive my order and the next thing I know I am getting a refund. No mention of the delivery or anything at all. Disappointed as I would have liked the shorts. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again.”

“I purchased a coat in a size 16. It cost £3.95 to have it delivered. I was so looking forward to receiving it but when it arrived it was so small, more like a 10/12! So disappointed, not only that it was sized incorrectly but that I had to pay delivery for a faulty product… I did not choose to re-order (that was the only option) for fear of receiving the same tiny product, thereby losing another £3.95. I will never order online from Weird Fish again.”

“Item received excessively crumpled and creased , returned on 8th May as didn’t fit anyway ! I am still awaiting confirmation that item was received by yourselves and obviously have not received a refund ! Very very disappointed”

“It wasn't very positive. I bought a t-shirt, but the one size they were out of (10)was the one I was thinking of buying. The one I sent for in the end, an 8, was too small, and the fabric was thin, too clingy and therefore not at all flattering, so I had to return it. That was easy enough. What I really didn't like was a sneaky postage charge (£6 for express delivery!) was added to my order, when it wasn't even shown in the options! I had clicked the normal, cheaper rate button. I complained and they reduced it so that it was the normal rate, but the customer services were sucking their teeth over it - telling me they would refund the difference "this time"- as if I am pulling a fast one! Not an appropriate way to deal with what was actually their own mistake. Not inclined to bother with them much in future. The stuff offered isn't as nice as it used to be either. I've cooled off quite a bit with this company.”

“Tried a jacket in 2 sizes neither of which fitted. Smaller one not enough room to wear things underneath and bigger one had giant shoulders and very long sleeves. The material was very stiff and unforgiving but the colar/red colour was wonderful”
