“Ordered a Tshirt, was told.it was dispatched then had an email to say they were processing a refund. I emailed to ask what had happened to the order and ive had no response! Its been over 3 weeks. Such a shame as the Tshirts are lovely but not impressed with the lack of customer service.”

“I ordered a 1/4 Zip Fleece, having already tried on a medium in a local shop and using the website sizing chart I ordered an XL, it arrived promptly but it was like a tent sleeves 2 inches too long, chest 4 inches too big, in my opinion a 3XL, just to sayisfy myself that I had received a wrongly sized fleece I tried on an XL in my local shop, definitely I had received a wrongly sized fleece, that was just the start nearly 2 weeks on I'm still waiting to return the fleece, not at all happy with the service.”

“On Tuesday 26 August I ordered a Laramie Eco 1/4 Zip Snow Marl Fleece Tango Red in Large. I received an email the same day confirming my order. On Wednesday 27th I received another email confirming despatch, with delivery expected Friday 29th. You took my money on Thursday 28th. I monitored the EVRI app, but the status didn’t change from “expecting delivery from seller”. On Monday 1 September with still no change in status I emailed your customer services. They replied, saying my order was lost in transit, they could not supply a replacement and would issue a refund, which I received later that week. Imagine my surprise to find, whilst I was researching for this review that the exact same item that I ordered and was told you could not resend is in stock - albeit at a higher price. What is going on here? Why couldnt you just send me the item I ordered at the original price. I would really expect this as a gesture of good will because of the hassle and disappointment. This would have been my third order from Wierd Fish. The previous two items were of very good quality. Would I currently recommend you to a colleague or friend. Based on this experience so far - NO! Though you do have a chance to redeem yourselves.”

“Bought 4 t-shirts in a recent sale. I buy these on the UK High Street, but through the website the size difference was huge in comparison. Unfortunately as I cut off the washing labels I clearly can't return these 4 items. A little over £60 down the toilet. Could not be confident to buy again due to sizing. I assumed these would be same size in large, but they're not even close.”

“I would love to write a review of the item I ordered from Weird Fish Ltd but, unfortunately, the item received was very different from the item ordered. I ordered a size 12 top from you but the item received was an extra-large sweatshirt with a 'Simpsons' design. I therefore returned this item to you and have since ordered and received the correct item from your 'Amazon' shop at the same price. However, I am still awaiting a refund for the original item which I hope you will expedite at your earliest convenience.”
