“The order never arrived. The company did not contact me. This happened several times. This is no longer a reliable company. I ordered items several years (I once was a great fan) but now I can only warn other customers.”

“I ordered a cardigan, on 8 March and paid. Received confirmation from you. A parcel arrived with completely the wrong garment in it. I was advised that the cardigan was not in stock! I returned the parcel via Post Office, as requested. I have had no refund so far. I am very disappointed. I then received a marketing email suggesting that Ipurchase the cardigan that you said is out of stock. What a mess!”

“Ordered on the Debenhams.com site. Completely wrong jacket was sent. Started the returns process however haven't had a single response from them. I have been on holiday so I will be posting the item tomorrow. Will the. Have to take it further with my visa company. I really like your products but I will never ever use the Debenhams site again”

“Most unhappy. I ordered a green jumper but was sent an ugly knitted brown dress with the label for the green jumper attached to it. Ordered through Debenhams so don't know how to get the correct order or my money back. A very unhappy customer. Very unsatisfactory. Wouldn't risk another order unless this is put right.”
