“I purchased 2 items, I returned one because the arms were really long for a size 12. This has happened before and I can't understand why the sleeve length is not consistent. I did keep the second item but again, the sleeve length was only just acceptable. I have been a customer for many years now and find the inconsistency more prevalent with newer models. I hope this is helpful.”
