“I was disappointed with the poor quality of Wierd Fish products except for the channel shirt, and I returned 5 of the 6 items I purchased in the sale”

“I bought a polo shirt online because I liked the colour and the style. The service was good but when item arrived the fit was awful, the body size (medium) was ok but the neck size must have been 17"" it was huge!! and looked really unattractive. This must be a design error. Couldn't possibly wear it”

“Ordered a fleece for my husband in the same size as a Weird Fish fleece that I had purchased for him previously and he was very happy with. However we were very disappointed to find that this one was far too big despite being the same size. This makes buying on line very difficult as you then have to lose the cost of the original postage by returning it.Think you need to insure that all sizes are standard.”

“I am average build and every jacket I own is a large so I ordered large Prescott waterproof jacket which absolutely swamped me, I returned it and then ordered medium which I could barely move my arms/shoulders in!! So returned again. Very frustrating sizing. My advice is order every size available first time with one delivery cost as delivery costs are not refunded. Good quality products but sizing is way off normal. I’ll stick to purchasing from shop.”

“Bought Stowe Eco Fleece which arrived promptly. It's very comfy and looks great but has bobbles everywhere after a month and already looks old. I bought the Mrs a herringbone fleece and that's still fine so it all depends on the product purchased.”

“The fit is very small and the recycled textile does, on the one hand, reduce wastage, but on the other means that artificial filaments will be generated during washing For these reasons I can't think of a reason to buy Weirdfish again, and will stick to the cotton, especially organic cotton garments I usually buy”

“I had to return a pair of trousers recently as ther were too short. The length of the product was not shown hence the purchase was a gamble and it back fired. Trouser lengths need to be shown.”

“Its a bit difficult to write a review on account of the order not being recieved due to being lost in transit. I got a refund because you said the items were no longer available, surely there was alternatives. A bit dissapointed how quick you were to fob me off with a refund”

“This was a disappointing experience, ordered through Debenhams, the garment did not seem to have ‘female’ shaping so it has been returned, but I have not had acknowledgment of the return nor the refund. Followed the recommendation to allow 14 days for processing. Still trying to find a number to talk to a human. The product was good quality but the service was nonexistent”

“Placed my order 23/12/24 however on delivery on the 31/12/24 I received someone else's order not mine. I contacted the returns section to be told 2 out of 4 of the items I ordered were out of stock. More than a little disappointed.”

“The clothing I ordered was good as usual. I spent a little more to trigger the next day delivery which didn't happen before I went away for the Christmas break. The package was left behind a bush by my front door in full view from the street for two days before I came home. This was over a hundred pounds worth of clothes left in all weathers according to my "message" in my safe place. Not very satisfactory at all.”
