“Ordered the Thunderchief wadded field jacket, I normally order medium but after reading reviews decided to look at the size chart which indicated I would need a large so went ahead and ordered however on arrival the large was huge more like XL. Returned immediately and wanted to order a medium but there is no option to do so unless reordered separately and paying again and then having to wait for a refund. Had to wait a week for a email to say refund had been processed but not paid immediately back to my bank account and had to wait another 2days. There used to be a paperwork sent with the order so you could re order this no longer is the case, obviously a backward step and has cost Weird fish time and money”
