“Quality cotton & true to size”

“Sadly this was my first and last order with Weird Fish. I placed an order for a pair of shorts for my imminent holiday and made the order up with items I didn’t really need to cover the amount required to cover the cost of next day delivery. Even allowing for the weekend the order took days and when it finally arrived, the day before going on holiday there were no shorts. I contacted customer service only to be told they were out of stock, yet my order was accepted. When asked why I wasn’t told this I was advised I should have been sent an email but I checked my junk and inbox and only had the order confirmation. I was told I could return them but that’s inconvenient and means me going out of my way for an error made by Weird Fish. To make matters worse one of the additional items I ordered, a t.shirt, hasn’t been stitched correctly round the neck and has a hole in the back but unfortunately I didn’t realise this until I went to wear it on holiday and I’m away for a month. All in all a disastrous shopping experience that has cost me money that I wouldn’t have spent as the actual product I wanted was actually not available. Would I shop again …… no!!!”

“I ordered a waterproof coat. On arrival I tried the coat on and it was a bit large for a size 12. However I would have been quite happy but for the fact that the sewn in label inside the coat clearly stated that it was ‘showerproof’ and not waterproof. I have several so called showerproof coats already, and none of them are up to dog walks on typical British winter days. I think the description on your web site was misleading, I would never have ordered a showerproof coat”

“Product very good but when I bought and paid for a pair of swimming trunks that were on offer at an extremely good reduction,I was told product had sold out and the sale was cancelled. I then bought same trunks in different colour at a much higher price only to find the original trunks were back in stock so was able to purchase them but at that higher price. Predictably the trunks were then advertised at the original much cheaper price 3 days later.”
