“Pleased with most of the order but one item arrived with a hole in it - returned 17th September no update on refund to date. It was not clear that order was arriving in 2 packages so overall communication could be better. Clothes I've kept are as described and good quality”

“My issues are with the refunds as they take so long - even longer if you purchase through Debenhams absolutely dreadful. The clothes are worth the money in sales but not full price. Styling good - sizing mixed .”
