“Very very slow at giving a refund, in fact, I'm still waiting after 20 days of returning an item, so while I like most of the clothes, the service isn't so good!”

“I do think your sizing has changed. I’ve bought quite a few of your tunic tops in size 10 and been really pleased with them but the last one I had to return as it was too tight.”

“Unfortunately dress I ordered was too big and didn't suit me! Looked into returning but had to open an account to do so! As I was going on holiday it didn't leave me enough time to do so and send back, so I'm stuck with a dress that will go to charity!!”

“Some of the clothes sizes were true to size some weren’t and had to return. Refund times are far to long and should be speeded up dramatically.”

“Trousers are lovely, if a bit long and I'm 5 foot 7! I had to return the top as it didn't suit, but it took over 3 weeks to get a refund, which was disappointing.”

“Information on sizing inaccurate: had to return recommended large size and reorder medium. Ordered what appeared to be a pink T-shirt but it was red. Short sleeved shirt was nothing like that shown on website. T-shirts length too long in body. All in all a disappointing first introduction to Weird Fish label.”

“Usually I love the clothing but found the dress I bought disappointing as the colour was far less vivid than the photo. Also the leggings I bought were rather thin. I hope this is just a one off.”

“The size was a little too large and the sleeves were much too long and had to be shortened. The bottom sides flicked out and had to be altered but the material was cosy and warm so should be great next winter.”

“Although the products were exactly what I wanted, the fact that I was not advised that there had been a technical problem with the company and that the order was cancelled was extremely frustrating. It was only because I contacted the company that I was advised that I would have to reorder. There was then the distinct possibility that the product wouldn't get here on time (it was a gift). Disappointing.”
