“Find sizing very strange. Have a half-zip jacket size 14 which is perfect fit. Had to return full-zip jacket size 16, same fabric, same style as sleeves too tight and could only just get my hands through the cuffs.”

“I recently bought two jumper-type items to add to the three I purchased well over a year ago. The materials these products are made from have changed, as clearly stated/described on their site. They simply are not of the same quality or feel, not a patch on the previous 75% cotton products. Still nice but I am disappointed.”

“Bought the 1/4 zip fleece type top. The arms are 20cm too long. Made for an orangutan clearly. £18 to get them shortened at the alterations shop. Black Friday sale. You buy cheap, you buy twice…..”

“Whilst I like the clothing, I wasn't happy that an OUTSIDE20 code which drew me into the website, didn't actually work. It said it had expired - but was still showing in the adverts. I sent an email to retail@weirdfish.co.uk on the 18th November to point it out. 3 weeks later, I still haven't had a reply. That's what lets it down sadly.”

“Having bought the blue version of the jacket whilst over in the UK I purchased the raspberry one online. The colour isn't as vibrant as I had hoped but the jacket is warm with long sleeves to cover wrists and part of my hands for added warmth.”

“I like Weird Fish clothing but on this occasion I placed an order and was told it was posted but it never arrived. WF blamed the courier and gave me my money back as it was no longer in stock. The refund was too immediate, no tracking or tracing, no investigation. I don’t believe it was ever posted.”

“Wasn’t made clear that duty was to be paid for delivery to Ireland, especially when purchased with a sterling account from the UK. Also had to pay return postage that all made the purchased an expensive one despite discount been offered after notification to weird fish of custom duty to be paid. Hope the returned item, if exchanged won’t incur further customs duty”

“The goods are not your problem...The variation in size purporting to be the same size. ...three shirts can all be ordered as say XL, when tried on only one can fit, one can be too tight and another can be hanging off your shoulders. No problem getting a refund...but you don't get your postage charges back!! Really needs sorting out throughout the clothing retailers. People have to order several sizes of the same shirt...and that can be a large outlay until you get your refund that can take up to 14 days .”

“Ordered a tee-shirt for my husband for Christmas. Fortunately opened this as it was incorrectly marked so instead of being large it was small. By the time it had arrived it was too late to reorder as had sold out - very disappointing.”
