“The ordering and delivery of my order was quick and easy, I sent a couple if items back and I had to chase up my return, I think once you receive the package back an email should come out and then one when the refund has been processed”

“Just as advertised, after reading reviews I purchased a size larger and it fit correctly, my own size would have been too small. However this top is not that flattering, a bit short and makes me look fat and dumpy. I am sticking to W. F. macaroni tops, longer, and more flattering”

“The colour of one of the items I bought was not like the picture or description which was disappointing. Refunds tend to take longer than other retailers I use.”

“The clothes are good, I like the pure cotton T shirts. However, the delivery was disappointing - next day delivery with Hermes did not work over the Easter weekend, even though I was told the delivery would be on Friday 7th. An order with another company was delivered on Sunday 9th by Royal Masil, so it can be done!”

“The items are lovely however the fit is strange as it’s tight on the body but big on the shoulders and arms. Hence a bigger size would not solve the issue and I had to return”

“Item purchased was good quality and attractive but didn't suit me. Two weeks ago I returned the item, and the parcel has been received by you via the Royal Mail app As yet no acknowledgment,and no refund to my bank account. “I was expecting pure cotton like the previous one I had so was disappointed with the mixture. This ain't what they used to be I am learning to my cost. Otherwise nicely made but again I preferred the matching trim to the one with fishes on it. I always find the sleeves in Weird Fish sweatshirts too long and have to take them up!”

“Sadly this was purchased by for an elderly friend in hospital, but the sizing was very small, it was supposed to be an 18 but was on the small side. It was returned as too small.”
