“Weird Fish Have Excellent Customer Service. Timely Delivery Service. However, Delivery Costs Have Gone Up Over The Years. I Remeber When There Was Not a Delivery Charge For Any Items! Mosts Goods Are Good Quality. However, Some Items Are Not As Well Made As They Were a Number of Years Ago.”

“I recently purchased a tee on-line. I have over 12 Weirdfish Tees that fit fine but as soon as I opened my purchase I could see it was far too small in fact more like a medium. I subsequently returned this. I will continue to purchase tees and other items from my local Weirdfish outlet but felt dissapointed as I like the look of this garment.”

“Purchased 2 dresses, both stuck out at the bottom, not as the photo. The bust line comes straight across the middle of your boobs, not a good look. Sent them back for a refund.”

“I have several items of Weird Fish clothing and admire the quality and style of these. Thus I recently ordered another 'top', expecting the same standard. Unfortunately the fabric seemed very thin, despite being 'ribbed' of sorts!”

“Recently bought a knitted jumper but had to return it as the sizing was completely wrong.I bought one last year (Large) which is great so I thought I would buy another of a different colour this year.The new one was also Large size but the difference in the two sizes was ridiculous. The new one was a good two inches longer overall and the arms and width was also much larger. All in all a disappointing experience.”

“I’ve been trying to work out how to get a refund (Have been to a shop that stocks WF - no help) and have put a couple of messages on your Facebook posts but haven’t got a reply yet. PLEASE let me know ASAP Before the 30 days runs out. The dress I have was short on the model but too long for me. I bought it though Facebook and don’t have a physical receipt. thank you.”

“I ordered 2 dresses in size 16, a size bigger than I normally wear from other brands. Unfortunately, I had to send both back as they were too small. I also felt that the necks were rather wide and didn’t sit comfortably.”
