“I chose two items, a size 10 top and a size 8. The variation was so big. The 10 was more like a 20. It just hung on me - large in every area. The 8 was too small. Cost me the postage.”

“I purchased a surprise jumper for my wife it did not fit and she didn't like the colour. I asked for a refund and return address but had no reply. I doubt I would buy online again.”

“I ordered 3 knitwear items. All of them were too generous in size but good quality. However one which was labelled and meant to be a size 8 must have been a size 18, as it was so big with the sleeves hanging 6” below my fingertips.”

“After I ordered one of my items, Weird Fish must have thought it was OK to send me text messages to confirm or was it postage details etc. Well yes it is expected nowadays but please not just after midnight or early morning at 7am ish... Any more of those and you will lose a customer. It made me quite angry but some may find it fine...! Regards Mr Sleepy.”

“I purchased 3 t-shirts for my husband from Weird Fish. The sleeves were too short, so I sent them back. I am still waiting for my refund as Debenhams say my return receipt from the Post Office isn't valid and I need to contact the carrier, which have, which say it is the correct tracking number. I will nit be dealing with Debenhams again. Shocking customer service.”

“I ordered a gift from you . It did not arrive on the date . No notification from the company. I had to e mail you to find out where the goods were , only to be told that the goods were lost , the goods were no longer in stock and you would refund my money. Happy to except the refund but would rather have had the goods and better communication with the company. Especially as this was going to be a birthday present for my sons special birthday”

“Website is great, though I wish the men’s range had the same variety of Nordic patterned sweaters and hoodies that women do. After ordering is the main issue I have with Weird Fish. Your regular couriers, Drop2Shop should provide proper tracking, or stop pretending they have that feature. I’ve ordered 3 or 4 times from the website and everytime it has looked like my package never left your warehouse. My current order could be anywhere right now. When you have spent a lot of money there should be some assurance and that it’s in safe hands.”

“Thank you for my coat. I love it. True to size, light but warm. So practical. However, I was under the impression that I was buying it at the sale price of £56.00, but when I saw my accounts I'd been charged £70.00. Was perhaps the sale price only fur certain colours?”
