“I ordered a gift from you . It did not arrive on the date . No notification from the company. I had to e mail you to find out where the goods were , only to be told that the goods were lost , the goods were no longer in stock and you would refund my money. Happy to except the refund but would rather have had the goods and better communication with the company. Especially as this was going to be a birthday present for my sons special birthday”

“Website is great, though I wish the men’s range had the same variety of Nordic patterned sweaters and hoodies that women do. After ordering is the main issue I have with Weird Fish. Your regular couriers, Drop2Shop should provide proper tracking, or stop pretending they have that feature. I’ve ordered 3 or 4 times from the website and everytime it has looked like my package never left your warehouse. My current order could be anywhere right now. When you have spent a lot of money there should be some assurance and that it’s in safe hands.”

“Thank you for my coat. I love it. True to size, light but warm. So practical. However, I was under the impression that I was buying it at the sale price of £56.00, but when I saw my accounts I'd been charged £70.00. Was perhaps the sale price only fur certain colours?”

“Love your stuff but I bought two pairs of three quarters length cargo trousers this Summer size 8 and the difference in Waist size is massive. I am happy to measure or photo if you wish. I also ordered two of the same blouse tops a few weeks ago, one navy, one white but the sleeves are unbelievably short. I simply have not got the time or motivation to follow these through and request a refund but I seriously think.that you ought to know this from a regular customer. I now own trousers that are too big and blouses that I am making for with.”

“I already have a weird fish “macaroni” top and a gillet which I wear all the time and they ear well. I like the weird fish fish skeleton emblem and chose a blue cap with the emblem embroidered on it. Unfortunately I was disappointed when it arrived as the emblem was much smaller than depicted in the picture. I was going to return but guessed the bigger embole was discontinued. Pity.”

“I bough a long sleeved T shirt which looked and felt beautiful on the first wear. Then I washed at 30 as per instructions. It has bobbled so much that it can no longer be used. Customer service at first told be to buy a bobble remover. Only when I said that was unacceptable that they agreed to a refund.”
