“I ordered a men’s gulet after trying one on in store. The Medium I tried was too big, but the store didn’t have a Small, so I ordered a Small online. When it arrived, it was too small, so I reordered the Medium instead. Unfortunately, the replacement parcel arrived with the wrong item – a ladies’ garment. I had to wait until Monday to contact Customer Services to resolve this. Once sorted, the correct Medium arrived and fits perfectly. I would say sizing isn’t entirely consistent, even when garments are labelled the same size, so it’s hard to rely solely on the label. That said, Customer Services dealt with the picking error promptly and efficiently, and the garments themselves are good quality.”

“I ordered a Christmas present on the 8th December , which still haven’t arrived. I sent an email in January , replied saying they would send and process it again. Still waiting so I sent another one saying the same thing . Again I got an apology saying that would send and process another order . I eventually got a reply from the courier saying it is in transit , so still waiting . I feel extremely disappointed with the service and I won’t be ordering again. It is a shame as they look really nice items on sale . Although I have yet to view it.”
