“Very pleased with the clothes. Not pleased with what happened when I erred filling out the return form by checking a wrong item. I could not correct it. I emailed with customer service and was told it could not be corrected and I would have to make a second return form and then be charged 20Euros return fee for each item. When i complained about a 40 Euro fee to return 2 items, the second fee was then waived.”

“I ordered a Lovely dress. Went bythe dize chart. Dont. Just order your normal size. Going by size chart measurements. My bust measures 43"though my bra is a 38. To fit me according to size chart, I had to order size 18. Way too big. I sent it back refund was pretty quick, I ordered my normal size 16. Its gorgeous and It fits lovely. Just got to take it up a little. As I am only 5ft.”

“Unfortunately my order was dispatched from the warehouse to the couriers...but, 2 weeks later I'd still not received the top I'd ordered. On contacting customer support my order was investigated. I was advised that it had got 'lost'. Weird Fish refunded the cost and then a couple of days later the couriers advised they would be delivering the item to my local store. Sadly too late.”
