“Recently purchased padded jacket. It has two flaps on the inside that I thought were pockets, put my mobile into one and it fell through to the floor. both flaps apparently are not pockets, they are open top and bottom...why?, goodness knows. Very dissapointing”

“The shorts were too big 34 inch waist. I ordered another pair of 32 inch waist and they fit well. I sent the 34 inch shorts back and I am still waiting for a refund of £18. Could someone contact me about the refund please.”
