“Unfortunately, I had to return the Felicity Printed Jersey midi dress I’d ordered as the side seams of the skirt area of the dress were not shaped as seen online. It gave the appearance of very large/wide thighs ! Otherwise, the dress was lovely ! Return was easy & quite straightforward to do.”

“I purchased a pair of shorts, order was easy to do online. Order was collected from yourselves but was never delivered by Royal Mail. After a week I emailed yourselves and was promised a response within 24 hours. Got a response within 30 minutes (very impressive!!) and offered either order to be re-sent (if in stock) or full refund. Opted for re-order and this was received within 48 hours (and the shorts fit me😄). Gave a score of 4 purely because of the initial problem, but 5 out of 5 for the way it was resolved.”

“I shop in both store and on line. I like the quality and colour combination of both female and male clothing from weird stuff. I am petite and I find the tunics / shorter dresses i can wear as either and most have 3/4 sleeves so are perfect for me. The male fleeces my husband likes and this year found the cargo shorts have deeper pockets so were perfect.”
