“Ordered on the Debenhams.com site. Completely wrong jacket was sent. Started the returns process however haven't had a single response from them. I have been on holiday so I will be posting the item tomorrow. Will the. Have to take it further with my visa company. I really like your products but I will never ever use the Debenhams site again”

“Most unhappy. I ordered a green jumper but was sent an ugly knitted brown dress with the label for the green jumper attached to it. Ordered through Debenhams so don't know how to get the correct order or my money back. A very unhappy customer. Very unsatisfactory. Wouldn't risk another order unless this is put right.”

“I used these sandals for an intensive week of walking during a pilgrimage, covering almost 20 km a day. Although most of the walking was on flat terrain, they performed exceptionally well. They were lightweight, comfortable, and had good cushioning. Most importantly, I had no blisters or rubbing at all, which was impressive given the amount of walking. After a full week of heavy use they still look ready for plenty more miles, so at this price they were an absolute bargain. The only reason I didn’t give them a fifth star is that the fastening system could be quicker and easier to take on and off.”
