Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the items that I received with my first order. Yes they were in the sale but I still didn't expect the quality to be so poor

The delivery services are poor and let down the brand. It also takes too long to obtain a refund, way too long considering that the purchase and payment is immediate.

So, the items I bought are of good quality and were delivered relatively quickly. BUT part of my order was missing. Luckily I had opened the package as the items were for Christmas presents. There was NO intimation that an item was delayed or not in stock. When I called up I got a half hearted apology and told my item would be sent out, which it was. But I’m a little wary of a company who cannot get a 4 item order correct! Doesn’t say much for their quality control.

Better service would be to send the complete order out. You only responded after i complained twice and that was to tell me it wasnt going to be sent out and i would get a refund for the missing. Useless as it was part of a birthday present

I have only had this garment for around a month and the material has come away from the sticking at the back of the hem. Very disappointed 'stiching '

Ordering and delivery okay but returning became an issue because no delivery note in parcel and I`d deleted original order confirmation e-mail.

Been let down by their courier to many times unfortunately so won’t be using again until the courier changes, don’t use Evri !

Really cross with your delivery arrangements. I ordered. Then there was a problem with getting my delivery to me. Anyway, ended up cancelling the order because the size of clothes I'd ordered were out of stock.

Good products but very bad marketing. With the Brexit bonus of having to pay import charges and EU VAT, I would have expected no UK VAT to be charged and for this to be clearly stated! So I am unimpressed with your 20% discount offer which in fact is no discount, as you do not have to charge VAT on exports,

Hi guys, well tbh, I was hoping for great things from my first-ever order with WF, I'd ordered the Barrow, organic cotton classic jeans, in indigo, but alas, although I'd been told the item was dispatched and on its way, with a tracking number, 10 days later they hadn't arrived, so I contacted WF only to be told they had been lost or misplaced within the courier network? (Royal Mail) Yes, I was given a refund for this item, but I'd spent 10 day's patience waiting for the jeans I needed urgently. Therefore, my experience isn't a good one, to say the least, yes I know these things can happen, but I wasn't even offered anything as a goodwill gesture etc. Yes, I'll probably look for something else from WF in the coming weeks but how will I have faith that it would arrive? Size 8 was more like a 14 or 16 from other shops. Dress will need altering -annoying!

I have purchased a great many shirts and jackets from you over the last 10 years or more. With my latest purchase (description of organic Cotten being irrelevant), I was not impressed to find right away that the quality brand new is lesser (in both quality and density of weave) than a earlier shirt that has seen a great deal of use over the last 10 years. I would not expect to see daylight through a brand new shirt from weird fish - both the feel and weight make it very clear that a great deal less (possibly inferior grade) Cotten has been put into your product for the same price. If I were to recommend you to friends of mine, I can only recommend that they go for older, tried and tested stock, you have had a reputation for quality, do not let some accountant ruin this - quality has a price, not premium, but a price non the less. How can you expect customers to buy online if you are going to change your standard of quality this much.

Bought some culottes which were very nice but they have shrunk on first wash. I used very cool water with a mild washing liquid for delicate items. Fortunately the culottes still fit although now fit tighter so I hope they don't shrink again! If so I shall be returning them. Disappointed!
