“Ordered online & selected next day delivery at £5.95. Got to checkout and it was misleading - asking to select delivery courier. The only one with next day was DHL at £7.95. Annoying but i needed next day so selcted DHL, placed the order, and received the email saying items were dispatched. Then.....nothing....DHL were still waiting to receive the parcel over a day after it should have been arrived. Complained and advised that the website should be clearer and requested they sort out delivery by the next day. Response was pathetic....OK, the DHL charge was refunded and rightly so, but no real apology for the loss of the parcel - which, once DHL did receive it, delivered less than 24h later. Would have been 4 or 5 stars of the review was just for the quality of product. Sadly the term customer care doesn't seem to exist in planet weird fish.”

“Lovely clothes but so skimpy. Everyone i know who buys your stuff goes up at least one size. Not much help though if you're a size 22. Shame - id buy lots otherwise”

“The product i ordered was just too large so I returned it, but unfortunately I ordered from Debenhams and im still waiting for a refund. No response from messages or complaints to Debenhams. No phone number to contact either which is shocking. Very angry!”
