“Customer service/delivery v good but maybe I didn’t read the product description properly and the fabric had a very cheap, crinkly plastic feel so returned.”

“I bought several items. A fleece which is very good, a pair of trousers and then these socks: Steller Sparkle Striped Socks 3pk Multi I was shocked that they got holes in them after being worn for one day! That's so unsustainable and frankly a rip off.”

“Usually I would give your company 5stars and I have bought your products on numerous occasions. You have lost a star because the Reena jumper I ordered some how got lost from your warehouse to the Royal Mail hub. Must say after I emailed you to inform you of this your attention was very prompt and I received another jumper as the Reena was no out of stock.”
