“The clothing is reasonably quality, but sizing seems to be an issue with waist to hip measurement particularly off, but it’s the overly long refund timescale that lost the stars from me.”

“Bought some flip flops for my wife, size 6. Unfortunately, they were too small so they were returned. I have still not received a refund for the returned item. I have always liked weird fish products but this service is below par.”

“Clothes ordered had a special offer of money off and express delivery. Great I thought, delivery took 4 days and after returning some items still waiting a refund after about 10 days, items I kept though are comfortable and great quality.”

“Lovely top, nicely made with bias binding around the neck hem. Size is a bit off though, I’m usually a 14, I ordered a 16 just to be sure and even that is very snug around the bust”

“I placed an order and what I received was nothing like what I ordered despite the delivery note saying the parcel contained my items, I contacted Weird Fish straight away to be told one of the items was no longer in stock but sending me the other two, very disappointed, no real apology either which was surprising.”

“I've returned clothes so as waiting for a refund. I loved all of the clothes but all but one dress the clothes were too big. I am always a big standard 14 but they were massive. I want to try some more but have absolutely no idea which size to buy????”

“I bought two tee shirts in the sale. One seems ok although I haven’t worn it yet. The other has developed a small hole around the navel area-I’ve worn and washed it once! I’d expect better from this company. I’d read this on line that holes in this area indicate the poor quality of the cotton. The only reason I’ve given 3 stars is because the other tee shirt hasn’t been worn yet and I can’t mark it down. My husband likes their stuff but I don’t think I’d risk it again.”

“I am very pleased with the garment I bought. I am however still waiting after two weeks for the refund for the first jumper I ordered which was returned as it was too small. The tracking system shows it was received by you about three weeks ago. ( I don’t have the exact date to hand st present) The refund has either been overlooked or is very slow being processed.”
