“Ordered 3 tops, 2 arrived correct size 2XL, 1 arrived 5XL. Returned 5XL requesting replacement 2XL over a week ago - have not had replacement or communication.”

“The items I ordered were delivered quickly, it the sizing comes up probably one size larger than most of the other companies I buy from. Not a problem, the returns process looked efficient, there was a label and a form in the shipping bag. But now it’s been several weeks since I returned some of the items I ordered and I’ve not heard anything from Weird Fish, despite the carrier tracking showing the package was delivered. I emailed over a week ago and received a reply saying I’d hear from a representative within one day, but no communication. I’ve been involved in retail / e-commerce logistics from more years that I care to mention so I understand pain that returns bring with them. When I placed my initial order, my first with Weird Fish, I received a lovely note from the CEO telling me how important I was as a customer, but it seems that’s not the case now I returned some items.”

“I recently purchased a dress order number 2797498 unfortunately the dress didn’t fit me. I posted the item back to you with proof of posting and have heard nothing further from you. I had hoped that I would have been refunded by this time as it is more than 3 weeks since I sent the dress back to you. email ellenjane47@hotmail.com. Tel 01603 620813. “Material flimsier than I thought it would be. The bag, once filled with beach towels etc does not stand up when put on floor. It was annoying, as it kept falling to one side, when putting the bag down. Good size though and looks nice.”

“Shorts and t-shirts have been good but need washing first if you have sensitive skin as they give you rashes. I returned a few items that didn’t fit. Royal Mail tracking confirmed they had been delivered but no money returned to me after 2 weeks - yet Weird Fish expect to be paid on order! Presumably a company with cash flow problems dressed up as ts&cs!”

“In the past I've always purchased my Weird Fish clothing from high street retailers! this meaning that I always try garments on before purchase. I have joined Weird Fish online purchasing a Large macaroni..when I tried it on although labeled large was definitely Small size. I ordered an extra large expecting it to fit but actually buried me. While reading other people's thought's regarding sizing the indication is order the bigger size with more chance of it fitting. Regards David Graham”

“Prompt delivery and good discounts but won't buy any more from you as the armlengths on fleeces are too long when ordering small, also the longe pants I ordered, small again would have fitted an orangutan, get sizing right and I'll buy from them again”

“Service was good and quick. I think a thinner material is being used. If they wear like old ones I own will buy again. Ps got first one about ten years ago and passed onto new pup to sleep on.”

“Ordered a waterproof jacket in the sale. Lovely colour and great quality. However, it was way too big! It was supposed to be a 10 . I normally wear a 12 but noticed other reviews saying it came up big so ordered a smaller size. It was huge! And the sleeves were so long. There is definately an issue with the sizing of this jacket . Have sent it back.”
