“I have used Weird Fish for years and have always found them to be a brilliant company with excellent products and free returns for which reimbursment is quick. However, after a recent purchase of two items , I returned one and still have heard nothing, no email and no money back and for that reason my stars have gone from 5 to 2.”

“It is difficult to review. The servoice was good, but the clothes were in no way size 8, but rather size 6. I am not likely to buy online again.”

“Style and fit fine if a little long in sleeve compared with other Weird Fish tops I’ve bought. Quality not up to usual standard though. After wearing just a couple of times - not even washed - the sleeves are heavily bobbled. Disappointing for the price.”

“Wear a lot of Weird Fish, this was the first time ordered online.....quality and size the main issues. Always a medium but not with these items. Quality of the material nothing like as good as previous purchases. Very disappointing. Organisation and admin very good.”

“Quality of product has got worse while prices have increased. T shirts are no longer a decent fit - necks are too baggy, sleeves are too short, material not as good as it used to be. Have returned both items and will not be buying the product again.”

“Really disappointed with the quality of my most recent 2 purchases. The sizes are smaller than T shirts I bought just 6 months ago (which still fit fine!). Material is also much thinner and I suspect would shrink after washing. On a plus side the refund was processed quickly. Such a shame as Weird Fish clothes had become my go to place when I needed anything.”

“The dress would have been lovely except for the fact that it had a hole in it. It wasn’t packed well and looked as though it had already been sent out to someone and returned. Weird fish hadn’t bothered to check it for faults or bothered to refold it as it was just bundled into a plastic bag and not even buttoned up properly. I would have liked an exchange, but unfortunately my size was sold out when I contacted them to report the fault. If they had bothered to check it properly before despatch they would have found the fault and hopefully sent me a perfect one. All in all not happy and wouldn’t purchase from them again. I would say though that the person I spoke to was very nice and arranged a refund as soon as I set proof of return. Therefore, customer services department seem very good, but despatch rubbish. I would say some training is required.”
